It also suppresses the production of pain and inflammation-inducing chemicals. Dosage is flexible, taken with or without food, but consistency (same time daily) is recommended, ideally commencing on the first day of menstruation for optimal results. Continue treatment as directed by your physician. Missed doses should be taken promptly upon recollection; complete the full course, regardless of symptom improvement. Report the absence of menstrual changes after three consecutive cycles to your doctor. Common side effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort, headache, nasal congestion, sinusitis, skin rashes, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain. How Fudart-MF Tablet works:

Fudart-MF tablets contain Tranexamic Acid and Mefenamic Acid, two active ingredients working synergistically. Mefenamic Acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), alleviates pain and inflammation by suppressing prostaglandin synthesis, the chemical mediators responsible for these symptoms.

What if you forget to take Fudart-MF Tablet :
