Dosage and frequency are determined solely by your physician, and it's reserved for patients experiencing severe or life-threatening esophageal bleeding. Potential side effects include headache, bradycardia, hypertension, peripheral vasoconstriction, and peripheral ischemia, or hypotension. Report persistent or worsening side effects to your doctor immediately. Prior to treatment, disclose any existing heart, liver, or kidney conditions, and list all other medications you're currently using. This injection isn't suitable for pediatric or adolescent patients.
