Overview Guerifresh Gel

OptimaLac eye gel provides lubrication for dry eyes, supplementing insufficient natural tear production. It soothes dryness-related burning and irritation by restoring ocular moisture. OptimaLac gel is applied as needed; the prescribed dosage should be followed. Allow at least 5-10 minutes between OptimaLac and other eye medications to prevent dilution. Discard any bottle with a compromised seal. Always wash hands and avoid touching the applicator tip to prevent contamination. This medication may be used long-term, safely continuing as long as necessary. Common, typically temporary, side effects include blurry vision, redness, irritation, or eye pain. Report these to your physician; however, they usually resolve quickly. Refrain from driving, operating machinery, or other vision-dependent activities until vision clears. If symptoms persist or side effects are troublesome, consult your doctor. While generally unaffected by other medications, inform your doctor of any history of glaucoma. Avoid use while wearing soft contact lenses, and consult your physician if an eye infection develops.
