How Iconac Forte Gel works:
Iconac Forte Gel combines five active ingredients—aceclofenac, linseed oil, methyl salicylate, menthol, and capsaicin-based rubefacients—to alleviate pain. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits the production of pain and inflammation-causing chemical messengers. Linseed oil's anti-inflammatory action reduces swelling. Methyl salicylate and menthol, topical analgesics, initially cool then warm the skin, disrupting nerve pain signals. Finally, capsaicin, a rubefacient, desensitizes nerve endings to diminish pain perception while increasing blood flow for a warming, soothing effect in the affected area.
