Apply DermaClear cream as directed by your physician; exceeding the prescribed dosage or frequency won't accelerate healing and may heighten adverse effects. Most skin infections resolve within two to four weeks. Report any lack of improvement to your doctor. Maintaining cleanliness and dryness of the affected area, along with handwashing before and after application, enhances efficacy. For athlete's foot, ensure thorough sock/stocking cleaning and daily shoe changes if feasible.
