If vomiting occurs within 30 minutes of ingestion, allow the child to rest and repeat the dose. Re-administration is unnecessary if vomiting happens after 30 minutes. Avoid combining PediaTemp Syrup with other medications containing acetaminophen (paracetamol), including many cold, flu, and pain relievers, as this can lead to overdose and serious adverse reactions like liver damage (hepatotoxicity).
