Erectafil 20mg tablets are indicated for male erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It enhances penile blood flow, facilitating erections in response to sexual stimulation. In PAH, it dilates pulmonary blood vessels, lowering pulmonary blood pressure. Erectafil 20mg may be administered with or without food, strictly as directed by your physician. For ED, it's effective only with sexual arousal, ideally taken approximately one hour prior to anticipated intercourse. Onset varies, typically ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. Use only as prescribed and when needed. Common side effects include facial flushing, headache, visual disturbances, myalgia, dyspepsia, nausea, backache, and upper respiratory infections. Report persistent or bothersome side effects to your doctor. Concomitant use with nitrates (often prescribed for angina) is contraindicated. Avoid use if you have severe hepatic or cardiac impairment, a recent stroke or myocardial infarction, or hypotension. Disclose all medical conditions to your physician before commencing treatment. Refrain from driving if dizziness occurs. Alcohol consumption should be avoided due to potential for increased side effects.
