Overview Mefacu-T Tablet

Transifem combines medications to alleviate heavy menstrual bleeding and associated pain. Its mechanism involves inhibiting blood clot breakdown to manage excessive menstrual flow and suppressing pain-inducing and inflammatory chemical messengers. Transifem tablets may be ingested with food at any time, ideally consistently each day, commencing on the first day of menstruation for optimal efficacy. Continue usage as directed by your physician; take the prescribed dosage and duration. If a dose is missed, take it promptly upon recollection. Complete the entire treatment course, even with symptom improvement. Report any lack of menstrual change after three consecutive cycles. Common side effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort, headache, nasal congestion, sinusitis, skin rash, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain. Diarrhea is also possible; increased fluid intake is recommended to prevent dehydration. Consult your doctor if no menstrual changes occur after three consecutive cycles. Prior to use, inform your doctor of any kidney issues, vaginal bleeding disorders, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other medications you are taking. Regular eye examinations may be necessary during treatment. Alcohol consumption should be avoided.
