If your child vomits within 30 minutes, allow them to settle and then repeat the dose. Avoid re-administration if vomiting occurs after 30 minutes. Do not combine PediaTemp Syrup with other medications containing paracetamol (acetaminophen), such as many cold and flu remedies, to prevent overdose and potential liver damage (hepatotoxicity). Always review the ingredients of any other medicine before concurrent use.
