Overview Mycopar Cream

DermaClear Cream, a topical combination therapy, effectively manages diverse skin infections. It alleviates inflammatory symptoms like redness, swelling, and pruritus while exhibiting antimicrobial properties against causative pathogens. Application is strictly external, following your physician's instructions. Apply a thin layer to affected areas only, using clean, dry hands. In case of accidental ocular, nasal, oral, or vaginal contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Symptom improvement may take days or weeks; consistent use is crucial. Complete the prescribed course for optimal results. Consult your doctor if your condition worsens or fails to improve. Common, usually transient, side effects include application site itching, irritation, and burning. Serious adverse reactions are infrequent. Seek immediate medical attention for allergic responses (e.g., rash, pruritus, edema, dyspnea). Inform your doctor about concurrent medications, past or present, before using DermaClear Cream. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should use this medication under strict medical supervision. Individuals with known allergies to the cream's components should avoid its use and consult their doctor. Avoid touching or scratching infected areas during treatment to prevent infection spread or exacerbation.

How Mycopar Cream works:

Mycopar Cream unites four active ingredients to combat skin infections: the corticosteroid Betamethasone, the antibiotic Gentamicin, the antifungal Tolnaftate, and the antifungal Clioquinol (Iodochlorhydroxyquin). Betamethasone, a steroid, reduces inflammation by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, mediators of redness, swelling, and itching. Gentamicin, an antibiotic with antifungal properties, hinders the proliferation of bacteria and fungi. Tolnaftate, an antifungal agent, targets bacteria by disrupting essential protein production. Finally, Clioquinol (Iodochlorhydroxyquin) exerts its antifungal effect by disrupting fungal cell wall formation.
