If your child vomits within half an hour of taking the medication, allow them to settle and then repeat the dose. Re-administration isn't advised if vomiting occurs more than 30 minutes after ingestion. Avoid giving PediaTemp Liquid concurrently with other medications containing paracetamol (acetaminophen), including many cold and flu remedies and analgesics, to prevent overdose and potentially serious adverse reactions like liver damage (hepatotoxicity).
