Ofrun TC Cream combines four active ingredients—terbinafine, clobetasol propionate, ofloxacin, and ornidazole—to combat skin infections. Terbinafine, an antifungal agent, inhibits fungal proliferation by disrupting cell wall synthesis. Clobetasol propionate, a corticosteroid, reduces inflammation and itching by suppressing prostaglandin production. Ofloxacin, a bacterial antibiotic, disrupts bacterial reproduction and repair mechanisms. Ornidazole, another antibiotic, acts against a broader spectrum of microorganisms, including bacteria, by damaging their DNA.
