How Oracool Gel works:

Oracool Gel combines choline salicylate, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and lidocaine, a local anesthetic. Choline salicylate reduces pain and inflammation (swelling and redness) by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, inflammatory chemical mediators. Lidocaine numbs the affected area by interrupting nerve signals that transmit pain sensations to the brain.
