How Osil Cream works:
Osil Cream combines four active ingredients: allantoin, calcium dobesilate, hydrocortisone, and lidocaine/lignocaine. Allantoin, a skin protectant, hydrates and softens the skin. Calcium dobesilate, a vasoprotective agent, strengthens capillary walls, reducing leakage and fragility. This improves blood flow by thinning the blood, thus alleviating hemorrhoid inflammation (redness and swelling) and promoting healing. Hydrocortisone, a corticosteroid, diminishes hemorrhoid-related redness, itching, and swelling. Lidocaine/lignocaine, a local anesthetic, numbs the affected area by interrupting pain signals to the brain, providing pain relief.
