Rilev-Cold tablets offer symptomatic relief from the common cold. They temporarily alleviate nasal congestion and provide relief from allergic symptoms such as rhinorrhea and lacrimation. Complete the prescribed course; premature cessation may lead to symptom recurrence and condition exacerbation. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, emesis, xerostomia, insomnia, akathisia, lassitude, and cephalalgia. Most are transient and self-limiting.
