If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medication, allow them to settle and then repeat the dose. Avoid re-administration if vomiting occurs after 30 minutes. Do not combine PediaCare Suspension with other medications containing acetaminophen (paracetamol), including many cold, flu, and pain relievers, to prevent overdose and potentially serious consequences like liver damage. Always review the ingredients of any other medication before concurrent use. Generally, this medication is well-tolerated; however, some children may experience temporary side effects like upset stomach, nausea, or vomiting.
