It does not prevent prostate cancer. Uroflow can be taken with or without food, but consistent daily timing is crucial. Dosage is determined by your physician. For optimal symptom management, regular intake is essential, even if feeling well. Symptom improvement may take up to four weeks; continue consistent use. Report any worsening or lack of improvement after four weeks. Common side effects include erectile dysfunction, reduced sex drive, breast tenderness, and ejaculatory problems. Contact your doctor if these persist or are concerning. Dizziness or drowsiness may also occur, particularly initially. The prescribed benefits outweigh potential risks. What if you forget to take Peflow Tablet :
