Overview Plite Soap
DermaClear is an anti-parasitic treatment for scabies, a skin infestation caused by microscopic mites. It eliminates both the mites and their eggs. Your physician will provide detailed application instructions and dosage. Carefully review the accompanying patient information leaflet for correct usage. Apply to clean, dry, and cool skin. A thorough body wash is required 8-14 hours post-application. One application usually suffices; however, a second application, if necessary, should be delayed at least 7 days. Post-treatment itching, lasting several weeks, is often an allergic reaction to dead mites, not treatment failure. Mild burning, stinging, or tingling at the application site are common, but generally mild and not universally experienced. Inform your doctor of any pre-existing skin conditions, allergies (medications, foods, or other substances), or asthma before use. While generally safe, consult your doctor before using DermaClear if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
