Overview Poloderm Cream
DermaComb cream offers a multi-action approach to managing diverse skin infections. It effectively reduces inflammation, alleviating redness, swelling, and itching. Its antimicrobial properties target infectious agents. DermaComb is for external application only, strictly following your physician's instructions. Apply a thin layer to affected areas using clean, dry hands. Should accidental contact with eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina occur, rinse thoroughly with water. Symptom improvement may take days or weeks; consistent use is crucial. Complete the prescribed course for optimal results. Consult your doctor if your condition worsens or shows no improvement. While generally well-tolerated, minor irritation, redness, or burning at the application site may occur. Report persistent side effects. Using a moisturizer may help prevent dryness. Interactions with oral or injectable medications are unlikely, but prior use of similar medications and allergic reactions should be disclosed to your doctor before commencing treatment. Inform your doctor of pregnancy, pregnancy plans, or breastfeeding.

How Poloderm Cream works:
Poloderm Cream combines four active ingredients: ofloxacin, ornidazole, itraconazole, and clobetasol propionate. Ofloxacin, a bactericidal antibiotic, inhibits bacterial reproduction and repair. Ornidazole, another antibiotic, combats various infectious agents, including bacteria, via DNA disruption. Itraconazole, an antifungal agent, targets fungal cell membranes, halting growth and eradicating the infection. Finally, clobetasol propionate, a corticosteroid, reduces inflammation by suppressing the synthesis of prostaglandins, the mediators of redness, swelling, and itching.
