How Polycrem Cream works:

Polycrem Cream combines betamethasone, gentamicin, and tolnaftate to combat skin infections. Betamethasone, a corticosteroid, reduces inflammation and itching by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, inflammatory mediators. Gentamicin, an antibiotic, targets bacteria, disrupting their protein synthesis and thus hindering their survival. Tolnaftate, an antifungal agent, prevents fungal proliferation by disrupting the formation of their protective cell walls.

What if you forget to take Polycrem Cream :

Should you forget a Polycrem Cream application, use it at your earliest convenience. However, if your next scheduled application is imminent, omit the missed one and resume your usual dosing regimen. Never apply a double dose.
