TranquilFlow tablets combine medications to alleviate heavy menstrual bleeding and associated pain. This medication works by inhibiting clot breakdown, thereby reducing excessive menstrual flow. It also suppresses the production of pain-inducing and inflammatory chemical messengers. TranquilFlow can be taken with food at any time, but consistent daily timing is recommended, ideally commencing on the first day of menstruation for optimal efficacy. Continue taking it as prescribed. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. Complete the full course, even with symptom improvement. Report any lack of menstrual change after three consecutive cycles. Common side effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort, headache, nasal congestion, sinusitis, rash, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain. Diarrhea is also possible; increased fluid intake is advised to prevent dehydration. Consult your doctor if menstrual changes are absent after three consecutive cycles.
