Apply to a clean, dry area; wash hands before and after application unless the hands are the treatment site. Temporary burning, irritation, itching, or redness may occur. How Rumetee Gel works:
Rumetee Gel unites four active ingredients: diclofenac diethylamine, linseed oil, methyl salicylate, and menthol. Diclofenac diethylamine and menthol, both non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), target pain and inflammation (swelling and redness) by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators. Linseed oil, a botanical oil, complements this action by mitigating inflammation and enhancing local circulation, thus facilitating the dermal absorption of diclofenac diethylamine. Methyl salicylate imparts a localized cooling sensation.
