It also addresses fever, myalgia, backache, dental pain, and otalgia. Administer Combiflam-XR with food to minimize gastrointestinal upset. Common adverse effects include nausea, emesis, diarrhea, and elevated liver function tests. Report any concerning or worsening side effects to your doctor, who can advise on mitigation strategies.
