Overview Scotderm Cream

DermaSolve cream combines medications to effectively manage diverse skin infections. It alleviates inflammatory symptoms like redness, swelling, and itching, while also exhibiting antimicrobial properties against infectious agents. For external use only, apply a thin layer to affected areas with clean, dry hands, as directed by your physician. Rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs with eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina. Symptom improvement may take days or weeks; consistent application is crucial to complete the prescribed course for optimal results. Consult your doctor if your condition worsens or shows no improvement. While generally well-tolerated, minor irritation, redness, or burning at the application site may occur. Report persistent side effects to your physician. Using a moisturizer may help prevent or alleviate skin dryness. Although unlikely to be affected by other oral or injectable medications, inform your doctor of prior use of similar products, especially if an allergic reaction occurred. Disclose pregnancy, pregnancy plans, or breastfeeding to your doctor before use.

How Scotderm Cream works:

Scotderm Cream unites four active agents: ofloxacin, ornidazole, itraconazole, and clobetasol propionate. Ofloxacin, a bacterial antibiotic, halts bacterial reproduction and repair mechanisms. Ornidazole, another antibiotic, combats bacteria and other infectious organisms by disrupting their DNA. Itraconazole, an antifungal, targets fungal cell membranes, inhibiting growth and eliminating the infection. Finally, clobetasol propionate, a corticosteroid, reduces inflammation by suppressing the synthesis of prostaglandins, the inflammatory mediators responsible for redness, swelling, and itching.
