How Seleno Gel works:

Seleno Gel unites the actions of Choline Salicylate, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, and Lidocaine, a local anesthetic. Choline Salicylate reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, inflammatory mediators responsible for redness and swelling. Lidocaine alleviates pain by interrupting nerve transmission, thus preventing pain signals from reaching the brain.
