Sernim Capsule combines Nimesulide, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and the enzyme Serratiopeptidase to alleviate pain. Serratiopeptidase facilitates healing by dissolving abnormal proteins accumulated at inflammatory sites.
