Sizodon MD may be taken with or without food, ideally at bedtime, but consistently at the same time daily for optimal blood levels. Follow your doctor's prescribed dosage and duration; if a dose is missed, take it immediately upon recall. Abrupt cessation is strongly discouraged without consulting your physician, as symptoms may worsen. Discontinue immediately if Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS) develops (symptoms include high fever, muscle stiffness, altered mental state, or convulsions).
