Overview Stepza Tablet

Combifem Tablet combines medications to manage heavy menstrual bleeding and associated pain. It works by inhibiting clot breakdown, thus reducing excessive menstrual flow, and suppressing pain-inducing and inflammatory chemical signals. Combifem can be taken anytime, with or without food, but consistent daily timing is recommended, ideally starting on the first day of menstruation for optimal effectiveness. Continue treatment as directed by your physician. Missed doses should be taken as soon as remembered. Complete the prescribed course, even with symptom improvement. Report to your doctor if menstrual flow doesn't improve after three consecutive cycles. Common side effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort, headache, nasal congestion, sinusitis, skin rash, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain. Diarrhea is also possible; increased fluid intake is recommended to prevent dehydration. Consult your doctor if menstrual changes are absent after three cycles. Prior to use, inform your physician of any kidney issues, vaginal bleeding disorders, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other medications you are currently taking. Regular eye examinations may be required during treatment. Alcohol consumption should be avoided while using Combifem.
