Menadol Plus tablets combine medications to alleviate heavy menstrual bleeding and associated pain. This medication works by inhibiting blood clot breakdown, thus reducing excessive menstrual flow. It also suppresses the production of pain-inducing and inflammatory compounds. Menadol Plus may be taken anytime, with or without food, but consistent daily timing is recommended, ideally starting on the first day of menstruation for optimal effectiveness. Continue treatment as directed by your physician. Take as prescribed, and if a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. Complete the entire course, even if symptoms improve. If bleeding patterns don't change after three consecutive cycles, consult your doctor. Common side effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort, headache, nasal congestion, sinusitis, skin rash, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain. Diarrhea is also possible; increased fluid intake is advisable to prevent dehydration. Consult your physician if menstrual changes are not observed after three cycles. Inform your doctor of any kidney issues, vaginal bleeding disorders, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other medications before starting treatment. Regular eye examinations may be necessary. Mefenamic Acid inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, alleviating pain and inflammation associated with menstruation.

What if you forget to take Stopbleed TM Tablet :

Should you forget a Stopbleed™ Tablet dose, take it immediately. Nevertheless, if your next dose is imminent, omit the missed dose and resume your usual dosing regimen. Never take a double dose.
