Ten milligrams of Tadnor tablets are indicated for male erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It facilitates penile erection by augmenting blood flow. In PAH, it dilates pulmonary blood vessels, thereby lowering pulmonary blood pressure. Tadnor 10mg may be administered with or without food, strictly adhering to your physician's instructions. For ED, efficacy requires sexual stimulation; ingestion should ideally occur approximately one hour prior to anticipated sexual activity. The onset of action varies individually, typically ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. Use is solely permissible with a prescription and as needed.
