Overview Tearwish Gel

Lacrilube Gel, an ophthalmic lubricant, provides relief from dry eye syndrome by supplementing natural tear production. This helps alleviate the burning and discomfort associated with insufficient tear lubrication. Lacrilube Gel is administered as needed, with the dosage determined by your physician. Allow 5-10 minutes between applications of this and other eye medications to prevent dilution. Discard any bottle with a damaged seal. Maintain hand hygiene and avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination. This medication may be used long-term for ongoing dry eye management. Common, typically transient side effects include eye irritation (burning, discomfort), pain, itching, and blurred vision. Report persistent or worsening side effects to your doctor. Avoid activities requiring clear vision until vision is restored. Consult your physician if your symptoms don't improve or if side effects are bothersome. While unlikely to interact with other medications, inform your doctor of any history of glaucoma. Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses, and seek medical attention if an eye infection develops.
