Dosage should be consistent—ideally, at the same time daily, with or without food, starting on the first day of menstruation for optimal efficacy. Continue treatment as directed by your physician. Missed doses should be taken immediately upon recollection. Complete the entire course, even with symptom improvement. Report lack of menstrual flow changes after three consecutive cycles.
