How Thermarid-NC Tablet works:

Nimesulide, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits the production of pain and inflammation-causing chemicals. Phenylephrine, a decongestant, constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion. Cetirizine, an antihistamine, counteracts allergy symptoms including nasal discharge, lacrimation, and sneezing. Caffeine's stimulating effect mitigates the drowsiness that Cetirizine may induce.
