Topical analgesic Thiopace Gel provides localized pain relief. Indicated for pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis, it also addresses muscle and back pain, and other inflammatory ailments. For external use only, apply a thin layer to affected areas, following your physician's instructions. Clean, dry hands should be used. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, or mouth, and do not apply to broken skin. Rinse thoroughly with cool water if accidental contact occurs. Minor side effects, including burning, stinging, irritation, itching, or redness at the application site, may occur but typically subside. Persistent or worsening side effects warrant medical attention. While generally unaffected by other medications, inform your doctor about all medications you are taking. Disclosure of any pre-existing medical conditions is also recommended for safe use. Consult your physician before using Thiopace Gel if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How Thiopace Gel works:

Thiopace Gel combines five active ingredients—diclofenac, linseed oil, menthol, methyl salicylate, and thiocolchicoside—to provide pain relief and muscle relaxation. Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits the production of inflammatory mediators responsible for pain and swelling. Linseed oil's anti-inflammatory effects contribute to reduced inflammation, particularly beneficial in arthritic conditions. Menthol and methyl salicylate act as topical analgesics, initially creating a cooling sensation followed by warmth, thus disrupting nerve-mediated pain signals. Thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant, targets central nervous system pathways to alleviate muscle spasms and stiffness, ultimately improving both pain and mobility.

What if you forget to take Thiopace Gel :

Should you forget a Thiopace Gel application, use it as quickly as you remember. However, if your next scheduled application is imminent, omit the missed dose and resume your usual regimen. Never apply a double dose.
