Menadol-Comb tablets combine medications to alleviate heavy menstrual bleeding and associated pain. This medication works by inhibiting clot breakdown, thereby reducing excessive menstrual flow. Menadol-Comb can be taken with food at any time of day, ideally consistently at the same time daily, beginning on the first day of menstruation for optimal effect. Continue the prescribed course as directed by your physician. Missed doses should be taken immediately upon recollection. Complete the entire treatment, even with symptom improvement. Report lack of menstrual change after three consecutive cycles to your doctor. Common side effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort, headache, nasal congestion, sinusitis, rash, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain.
