Tadalafil-T tablets are indicated for male erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). For ED, it enhances penile blood flow facilitating erections in response to sexual stimulation. In PAH, it dilates pulmonary blood vessels, lowering pulmonary blood pressure. Tadalafil-T may be administered with or without food, strictly as prescribed. For ED, it should be taken approximately one hour prior to anticipated sexual activity; onset varies individually, typically ranging from 30 minutes to an hour.
