Wash hands before and after application, unless the hands are the affected area. Minor burning, irritation, itching, or redness may occur; report persistent or worsening symptoms to your doctor, who can advise on mitigation strategies. How Varndic Gel works:
Varndic Gel unites four active agents: diclofenac diethylamine, linseed oil, methyl salicylate, and menthol. Diclofenac diethylamine and menthol, both non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), inhibit the production of inflammatory mediators responsible for pain and associated swelling and redness. Linseed oil, a botanical extract, synergistically diminishes inflammation and enhances local blood flow, simultaneously promoting the dermal absorption of diclofenac diethylamine. Methyl salicylate imparts a cooling sensation upon topical application.
